Welcome to FleetFix Rescue. By using our website or requesting our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services Offered

FleetFix Rescue provides emergency roadside assistance, diagnostics, towing, and repair services for commercial trucks and heavy equipment.

All services are carried out through our approved and authorized service partners.

2. Fees & Payment

  • A $160 Service Initiation Fee must be paid before dispatch.
  • This fee covers administrative and dispatch coordination costs and does not apply toward repair or service charges.
  • Payments will appear on your statement under the merchant name FleetFix Rescue.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made within 10 minutes of payment are eligible for a full refund of the Service Initiation Fee.
  • After 10 minutes, the Service Initiation Fee becomes non-refundable.
  • If a service provider is dispatched but unable to complete the job, including situations such as “Gone on Arrival” or dry runs, a $100 non-refundable fee will apply.

4. Authorization & Limitation of Liability

By requesting service, you authorize FleetFix Rescue and its service partners to perform any required roadside assistance, diagnostics, towing, or repairs.

We are not responsible for:

  • Loss or damage caused by theft, fire, accidents, or natural disasters.
  • Service delays due to weather conditions, traffic, law enforcement, or parts availability.
  • Indirect or consequential damages, including loss of income or business interruptions.
